AUBART & ASSOCIATES LLC. We are an experienced private lender recruiting business for short-term real estate investment properties in Hawaii.
SHORT-TERM. All projects are short-term (12 months or less) residential, unoccupied single-family properties in Hawaii.
HIGH STANDARDS. The foundation of our business is bringing reliable private lenders and highly successful real estate developers together for the purpose of providing both with a mutually beneficial private lending on real estate investment projects,
TERMS. Our private lenders earn 12% APR from our developers guaranteed by a 12-month notarized promissory note and secured by a security mortgage lien against the investment property. All transactions are managed by a licensed escrow service and all principal and interest payments are paid by the developer through an escrow agent to the private lender.
